• Profil → Mes abonnements : paiement et résiliation (fin de période, sans remboursement).
• Profile → My subscriptions: billing and cancellation (end of period, no refund).
• Profil → Supprimer le compte : après résiliation de tout abonnement encore actif.
• Profile → Delete account: after any still-active subscription has been cancelled.

Common issues

Portail : activez Bluetooth et la localisation, et approchez-vous de l’entrée. Paiement : une carte réelle est débitée ; en cas d’échec, réessayez ou écrivez-nous avec l’heure de la tentative. Connexion : utilisez e-mail et mot de passe (pas Google / Apple / Facebook).

Gate: turn on Bluetooth and location, and stand near the entrance. Payment: a real card is charged; if it fails, retry or email us with the time of the attempt. Sign-in: use email and password (no Google / Apple / Facebook).
